AI agents do the first step. Your team does the rest.
Our AI agents plug into the tools your company already runs and take over the repetitive work, like replying, booking, and following up, so your team can focus on the business itself. People stay in charge of every decision that matters.

Repetitive work handled. Your team freed up.
Five agents cover the busywork nearly every service business shares, and they connect to the tools you already use.
Give your team a partner that handles the repetitive questions and routine booking that eat up your day, so your people can focus on the customers who need them most.
It starts with the DMM Diagnosis: where your business stands today, how potential clients find you, where they drop off, and how often current clients come back. The depth scales with your plan, and it decides which tasks the agents take on first. People stay in charge of every decision that matters.

Every tier runs on the Corestack and pairs a one-time setup fee with a monthly retainer. The depth of your DMM Diagnosis grows with the tier you choose. Each tier includes a fixed monthly allowance of agent runs, stated up front, and overages are reviewed with you case by case. Final pricing depends on your volume and tools, and you receive a quote after your diagnosis.

Most businesses combine more than one. We map the mix during your diagnosis.
A gap the Corestack does not cover?
We scope a custom agent during the audit and quote it separately.
About the agents.
What can AI agents do for my business?
They take over the repeatable first steps: replying to new inquiries by chat, text or voice, booking and reminding, asking for reviews, following up, and summarizing results. They connect to the tools you already use, and every agent has a review point where your team can step in.
Will AI agents replace my team?
No. Agents free your team from repetitive work so people spend their time on the service, the judgment calls and the relationships. Your team stays in charge of every decision that matters.
How are AI agents different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent also acts: it books the appointment, updates the record, sends the follow-up and reports what it did. Agents work in natural language by chat, text and voice, and they hand off to a person whenever a situation needs one.
Which tools do the agents connect to?
The Corestack connects to the CRM, calendar and messaging tools most service businesses already run. We confirm compatibility during your diagnosis, before any build starts, and tell you plainly if a tool is a poor fit.
Can I start with just one or two agents?
Yes. Many businesses start with the Lead Response and Scheduling & Reminder agents, then add more as results come in. Your DMM Diagnosis shows which first step will make the biggest difference.
Who reviews what the agents send?
Every agent has a review point. Nothing client-facing is set up without a person on your team able to see and correct it, and anything sensitive is handed to a person instead of answered by the agent.
How much do AI agents cost, and what do the tiers include?
Pricing combines a one-time setup fee with a monthly retainer, plus a fixed monthly allowance of agent runs stated up front. Foundation, Growth and Full Journey differ in the agents included and how deep your diagnosis goes. Final pricing depends on your volume and tools, and you receive a quote after your diagnosis.
How long does setup take?
Most Foundation builds are running within two to three weeks of your diagnosis. Larger builds take longer, depending on how many systems need connecting, and we give you a timeline before work begins.
Is my customers' data safe with an AI agent?
Agents work inside the tools you already use, and we design data handling around your industry's requirements before launch. We recommend that agents don't collect sensitive details, such as health, financial or government ID information, unless your team has approved that flow. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.
See which agents your business is missing.
Digital marketing, creative, lead generation, AI agents, reporting and communications, planned as one bundle.
